How to Order

Step 2: Prepare Your Design

Ensure your artwork meets our specifications:

• High-resolution (300 DPI or higher)
• Clean, defined edges
• Correct file format (PNG, PDF, AI, or PSD)

Step 3: Submit Your Design

Email your design to kienanfisher@daxemapparel.com including:

• Your order number (required)
• Your design file
• Design size needed
• Detailed placement instructions
• Special instructions (if any)
• Your contact information

Step 4: Production & Delivery

• Standard production time: 1-2 weeks
• Rush orders available upon request (additional fees may apply)

By submitting images to DaxEm Apparel for use on products, you (the customer) hereby:

1. Confirm that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, reproduce, and distribute the submitted images.

2. Accept full legal responsibility for any copyright infringement, trademark violation, or other intellectual property claims that may arise from the use of submitted images.

3. Agree to indemnify and hold DaxEm Apparel harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from the use of submitted images on products.

4. Understand that DaxEm Apparel reserves the right to refuse any image that may violate copyright laws or contain inappropriate content.

5. Acknowledge that once an order containing custom images is produced, it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

DaxEm Apparel does not verify ownership or copyright status of submitted images and relies on customer verification of their right to use such images.

• Use cold or warm water
• Tumble dry on low heat
• Avoid ironing directly on the transfer
• Do not use bleach
