Welcome to DaxEm Apparel! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

  • DaxEm Apparel is an e-commerce clothing store specializing in custom-made uniforms, branding, and personalized products.
  • All products are made to order and tailored to your specifications.

2. Orders and Payments

  • Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all order details, including sizes, colors, designs, and specifications.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
  • Embroidery Digitizing Fee: A one-time $20 digitizing fee applies to embroidery designs and will be invoiced separately from the main order.

3. Production and Fulfillment

  • Production Timeline: Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 weeks.
  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final except in cases of defects or errors (see Section 5).
  • DTF Transfer Specifications: Designs are subject to a 12" width limitation, but images may be rotated to accommodate wider designs while maintaining a 12" height restriction.

4. Shipping and Local Pick-Up

  • Shipping Options: Customers may choose shipping at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the order and destination.
  • Local Pick-Up: Orders may be picked up at our office or specified pick up location.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted for defective or incorrect items due to an error on our part.
  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Alternatively, returns can be made to our local pick-up locations.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Image Usage and Copyright

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers assume full legal responsibility for ensuring they have the rights to use any images or designs submitted for customization.
  • Copyright Compliance: DaxEm Apparel is not liable for copyright infringement related to customer-submitted images.

7. Product Care and Warranty

  • Care Instructions: Follow the care instructions provided with your product to ensure its longevity.
  • Warranty: We do not offer warranties on custom-made products.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • DaxEm Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Changes to Terms

  • DaxEm Apparel reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
