DaxEm Apparel Return Policy

At DaxEm Apparel, all of our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality and customization for our customers. As such, we kindly ask you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items that are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
  • Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or mistake in production.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • If you prefer not to ship the return, you may return the item to our local pick-up locations

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at kienanfisher@daxemapparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
  3. For shipped returns, ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for items due to sizing issues or change of mind, as all items are custom-made.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their order details (e.g., sizes, colors, designs).
