  • You will receive a notification once your order has been completed and is ready for shipping or pick-up.

2. Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: Available for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Local Pick-Up: Customers may choose to pick up their orders at our office or specified pick up locations.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and destination. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
  • Please note that delivery delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or carrier issues.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. DaxEm Apparel is not liable for delays or lost orders due to incorrect addresses.
  • Return Shipping: If an item needs to be returned (see our Return Policy), customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. International Shipping

  • At this time, DaxEm Apparel only ships within the United States.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
